The new rural center was born on a rectangular lot between two canals and two reclamation roads.

The heart of the village is highlighted thanks to the prospective emergencies of the central squares: the municipal tower dominates Piazza 28 Ottobre (today Piazza Indipendenza) and the bell tower of the church, looms over Piazza Pio VI and inexorably attracts every escape route.
